He fills that while he rinses, tossing the soap into the water after the fact.
One towel goes around his waist, and the other tucks under an arm when he finally exits. It's cold as shit, sure, but Billy's used to it. Eddie probably is too, if he thinks hard enough about it.]
Take your shirt off at least. Looked like your chest got the second worst of it all. [Yes, he is doing this in a towel. No, he will not be taking questions. ]
